Our space

We are located in the North Zone, in Freguesia do Ó and we have a building measuring 4,500 m², comprising our Administration, Production, Quality and Laboratory sectors.

Laboratory and Development

Our Laboratory is its own, complete and equipped to carry out all the analytical and physical tests necessary to guarantee the quality of the result of our services, in addition to being able to develop new products and processes.

We internally carry out tests of (i) hardness/ductibility, (ii) corrosion (cass test/salt spray), (iii) layer measurement (X-Ray/gavimetric) and (iv) couloscope (step test), all procedures are supervised by a responsible chemist, who, like the company, is regularly registered with the Regional Council of Chemistry.

We have a laboratory for chemical analysis and a laboratory for physical analysis.

Production

Our electroplating lines are automatic and adaptable for different types of parts, we have a local exhaust ventilation system in all of them. We have stages that range from surface preparation to drying and finishing of the parts.

Our process involves proper cleaning and preparation of parts before the coating process, such as degreasing, for example.

The parts are immersed in electrolytic baths containing metallic ions to carry out the coating. Each bath contains the specific metal to be deposited, such as copper, nickel, chromium, gold, silver, among others. We have separate tanks for each type of bath.

In addition, we also have a specific sector for visual inspection of our processed parts, in order to guarantee the quality and compliance of the metallic coatings applied to them. During the visual inspection, the inspector in charge thoroughly examines each piece to verify that it meets the established quality requirements and specifications, attesting not only the uniformity and adhesion to the coating, but the absence of defects in the bath and color and finish.

Effluent Treatment Station (ETE)

Ainda, com objetivo de garantir um processo responsável e sustentável, temos uma estação de Tratamento de Efluentes para que possamos separar as cargas poluentes oriundas de nossos processos industriais e devolvê-las tratadas, atendendo as legislações ambientais. Nossa estação de tratamento de efluentes é projetada para tratar e minimizar os impactos ambientais dos efluentes gerados durante a galvanoplastia, esse tratamento inclui a separação de sólidos, tratamento químico, processo de redução de contaminantes a afins.
